This one day, one hour class is packed with performance enhancing secrets. Discover the biomechanics of pitching, find out how to use pitch counts optimize your performance. And, get a home exercise program that will be your best friend in preventing injuries.
Who Should Be There?
Pitchers or overhead throwers ages 9 to 14 who want to learn more about the biomechanics of overhead throwing and injury prevention. Note, windmill pitching will not be addressed.
Where: Southwest Health’s Conference Room A & B (in the lower level of our hospital campus)
When: Wednesday, April 5th, 6- 7 pm
Limited to the first 20 youth athletes. Registration required.
Please do not bring baseballs or gloves.
